Hacking
Our hacks are always escorted and can last from one hour to three hours. Bookings can be made for groups (two or more riders) or for individuals. The rider is matched to the pony, according to their ability and riding experience.
We can safely accommodate children from 3 years old. Whether it is your Child’s first time with horses, or more experienced, we strive to develop them to a high standard. Our coaches will ensure that they reach the best of their ability at a pace that suits them.
Our aim is to provide all of our clients with a unique hack that is varied, fun and good value for money. Whatever your ability, we can tailor hack to suit your needs. Our hacks run all year around, except in the most abysmal of weather, when yours and the horses well-being could be compromised.
When you arrive for your first hack/lesson we will assess your level of ability and confidence you have so that we can match you to the most suitable horse/pony. This usually takes less than half an hour.
Our hacks provide for novice and experienced riders; ideal for a family or small group of friends. We can accommodate a maximum of five riders and offer an extensive and varied ride that ensures you get the most out of your time with us.
Through our tutoring and encouragement, we will help develop your confidence, physical and mental strength. We coach in a friendly, professional environment where safety is our main priority.
Remember, if you recommend a friend to P and R Equestrian Centre, and they have a one-hour hack, lesson, and/or leisure drive, you will receive a £5 gift voucher. Only one voucher can be used for any one booking.
